Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our heritage goods and services.
What is raw denim and how should I care for it?
Raw denim is unwashed fabric that molds to your body over time. To preserve the indigo and create unique fades, we recommend wearing your jeans for as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express to ensure your heritage garments arrive quickly and safely. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I ensure I choose the correct size?
Because Japanese and heritage brands often vary in sizing, we provide a detailed size chart for every product. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our measurements to find the perfect fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that hemmed jeans are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide denim hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chainstitch hemming using our Union Special machines. You can request this service at the time of purchase by specifying your desired inseam length in the order notes.
Are the products you sell authentic?
Absolutely. Redcast Heritage Co. is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. We work directly with artisans and manufacturers in Japan and around the world to guarantee 100% authenticity.
