Denime "Lot. 224" 66BModel 14.5oz Regular Straight Jeans Black
The Denime by Warehouse & Co. Lot. 224 66B Model brings the timeless spirit of the 1966 Levi’s 501 into a striking new dimension with black selvedge denim. Woven in Japan on traditional Toyoda looms, the 14.5oz fabric is a cotton-blend black denim constructed with 7.3×7.3 yarns, sulphur-dyed so the surface holds a deep black while the core of the yarn remains white, setting the stage for dramatic, high-contrast fading over time.
The sewing is faithfully reproduced from vintage jeans, using core-spun yarn and chain-stitching that define the 66 model. Yet the silhouette is recreated with the image of DENIME jeans of the era in mind: tight and straight with a slightly low rise, striking a perfect balance between authenticity and modern wearability.
True to the 1966 details, rivets are replaced by bartacks, a nod to Levi’s innovation and a mark of subtle refinement. Every element, from the leather patch and sewing threads to the specially crafted buttons, has been meticulously reproduced by Warehouse & Co. to capture the essence of Denime’s founding years.
Fit Notes: Denime remains faithful to non-wash versions, so it's important to note that these jeans will shrink. We highly recommend soaking the jeans in hot water before the first wear. Expect around 4cm (1.5in) of shrinkage in the waist and 7.6cm (3in) in the inseam when soaking in warm water, so please refer to the product size chart accordingly. We recommend choosing your usual size, but always refer to the size chart and take shrinkage into account.
