The Riders Jacket, known as the RJ-1, is one of Freenote Cloth's original designs, embodying a blend of classic ranch and riding jackets. Notably, this jacket gained prominence when worn by the character Kayce Dutton in the television series Yellowstone.

Constructed from durable 10 oz. Martexin waxed cotton canvas, the RJ-1 offers both water and wind resistance. The jacket features front pleats that expand with movement, complemented by back shoulder gussets and an elasticated action back to enhance mobility. Inside, hidden elastic bands keep the shoulder gussets in place, ensuring ease of movement. The body is lined with a Southwestern-inspired print from Japan, while the sleeves are lined with a cotton/rayon blend for comfortable wear.

Additional details include 1/8" double-needle stitching for durability, custom metal hardware made exclusively for Freenote Cloth, and a leather patch from SB Tanning Co. The RJ-1 is designed to develop a unique patina over time, reflecting the wearer's experiences and adventures.

Fit Notes: The cut features a slight relaxed fit and stays true to standard sizing. If you usually wear a size M in Freenote or other American brands, you'll find a suitable fit with this jacket in size M. However, as always, we recommend consulting our size chart for the perfect fit.
