These machines, in use for over a century, rely entirely on gravity rather than mechanical tension, knitting fabric at an extremely slow pace of approximately 24 revolutions per minute. Each machine produces fabric for only 8–10 garments per day, a fraction of modern output, resulting in a fabric that is exceptionally dense, durable, and naturally soft.

The loopwheeled fabric is free from internal stress, allowing it to retain its shape over time while becoming softer with wear. Its dense knit enhances wind resistance and insulation, keeping you comfortable across a wide range of conditions without feeling stiff or restrictive.
